Victor Diaz:

I am original from Venezuela, place where I grow up and learn cooking and baking with my mum.

2003 I decided to move to London exactly a year after my mum lost the battle with the cancer, 

2010 a friend of mine ask me to help her on the weekend on her cake shop and from that moment I found my hobby & my pleasure.

Having been born and brought up in Cape Town, moved to London in 1998, career based in hospitality

the time has now come to return home to realize our dream to make amazing cakes for your special occasion.
